Vatche Artinian is the co-founder and current Chairman of Calnetix, a significant shareholder in VYCON. Mr. Artinian was instrumental in the creation of VYCON. He has a total of 20 years of experience in the industry including successfully founding and selling two previous startup operations. Mr. Artinian has also developed and managed product lines at Allied Signal and Honeywell Corporations.

DeLATTRE - President

Promoted to President in 2009, Frank DeLattre joined VYCON in 2007 to take the helm of the UPS and Power Quality division of the company. DeLattre brings a wealth of knowledge and technical sales experience in both domestic and international markets, having spent over twenty years in power quality and related industries.
DeLattre began his career at Topaz Electronics, a manufacturer of Uninterruptible Power Systems. In 1990, he joined Deltec Electronics Inc., also a manufacturer of UPS Systems, as Vice President of International Sales. In 1999, he joined Active Power, a manufacturer of flywheel energy storage systems. In 2003, he was appointed Vice President of Sales for Cherokee International, a leading manufacturer of AC-DC custom power supplies. Prior to joining VYCON, DeLattre served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Service at Pentadyne, a Los Angeles based flywheel company.

PATRICK T. McMULLEN - Chief Technical Officer

Patrick McMullen was a co-founder of Calnetix and has worked full time at VYCON since mid 2003. He has over 20 years' experience in the magnetic devices field for high speed equipment, with 14 years' experience in the magnetic bearing field. Patrick McMullen developed the original flywheel system concept whilst at Calnetix, where he served as Vice President, with responsibility for engineering and technology growth for customer and internal high speed motor, generator and magnetic bearing projects.
Prior to that he served as Vice President of Research and Development at Avcon, Inc, a development house for magnetic bearings and linear motors. He has developed and patented new magnetic bearing actuator designs and configurations, as well as, new systems designs.
KEN DEMIRJIAN - COO
MBA, Loyola Marymount University; BS, Industrial and Mfg Engineering, Cal Poly University
Ken Demirjian has over 20 years' experience in plant management, operations and supply chain management within diverse range of manufacturing environments. His prior experience includes serving as Global VP Operations and Supply Chain for a subsidiary of Dover Corporation.
